About the role You are invited for the following authoring opportunity within Prosthetics and orthotics. This authoring will commence July 2024 and the units listed are for the 6OR502 Professional Leadership, which UDOL is an approved centre. Module(s) which require Authoring: 100% of 6OR502 Professional Leadership  You will be responsible for writing and developing self-study academic content and materials for learners studying online. Authors will be expected to be academically competent to create learning materials and activities at the appropriate level and methods. It is also desirable to have professional experience in the health and social care industry. You will be expected to work closely with colleagues in the University of Derby Online Learning (UDOL) to ensure high quality content, materials and learning experience for all learners. Your authoring will be supported and co-ordinated by the UDOL content team and the Academic Lead, who will review as your work progresses. We are able to offer assistance with technology enhancement features and graphic design. This is an excellent opportunity for you to contribute to the ongoing development of our curriculum. Successful authors will be paid £3105.38 per module upon completion.  The Project milestones are:    (with a start date around 10th July) High Level Plan due: 31st July 2024 Unit 1 due: 21st August 2024 Units 2-3 due: 25th September 2024 (inc. Reading List) Units 4-6 due: 23rd October 2024 (inc.
