• Communication: Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and parents to maintain open and clear communication regarding students' progress and needs.

• Inclusive Environment: Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere within the classroom, ensuring that all students feel valued and supported.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, particularly with a focus on supporting students with autism.
• Relevant qualifications or training related to autism spectrum disorders.
• Strong understanding of autism and evidence-based strategies for support.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
