Position: CAD Designer Facades and Cladding
Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced CAD Designer specializing in facades and cladding to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will be integral in designing and detailing facade systems, collaborating closely with project teams to ensure the highest standards of quality and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Produce detailed CAD drawings for facade and cladding projects.
Develop and refine design concepts in partnership with project managers and engineers.
Ensure designs comply with industry standards and project requirements.
Prepare and review technical drawings and plans.
Work with installation teams to resolve design issues and provide technical support.
Participate in project meetings and coordinate with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Contribute to value engineering efforts to optimize designs for cost effectiveness and efficiency.
Maintain meticulous and organized documentation of design processes and revisions.
Qualifications and Skills
Demonstrated experience as a CAD Designer in the facade and cladding industry.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design software.
In depth understanding of facade systems, materials, and construction methods.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in technical drawings.
Ability to work collaboratively within cross functional teams.
Strong problem solving abilities and capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Certifications
Relevant qualifications in CAD design or related fields are preferred.
