Are you a CAD Technician or similar who if proficient in AutoCAD / Revit and is looking for a varied role within a stable surveying company where you will be working on dynamic and exciting projects ranging in value supplying into the real-estate sector across the UK and over the world working for a company that promote a healthy work-life balance and pride themselves on ongoing progression opportunities for staff?

This well-established company provide a variety of services such as measured building surveys, CCTV drainage surveys and topographical surveys etc. meaning the opportunities to be involved in interesting projects are ever expanding. Supplying into real-estate industry this company deal with a multitude of clients from architects and contractors to those within private and residential settings.

In this office-based role, you will be using AutoCAD and Revit to draw up plans and produce drawings using measurements from surveyors for real-estate buildings. You will be a part of a friendly tight-nit team of 4 CAD designers working on a variety of interesting projects. You will also be given an annual welfare day as this company acknowledges the importance of having a good mental wellbeing.

This role would suit an AutoCAD Technician or similar who is proficient in AutoCAD and Revit ready to join an inclusive company that values their employees where you will be working with a friendly team in an office-based role, providing drawings for exciting projects all over the world.

The Role:

• Producing drawings using measurements from surveyors for real-estate buildings
• Using AutoCAD (3D and 2D) and Revit
• Training/ development on Revit
• Mon - Fri (09:00 - 17:00)
• Based in Leamington Spa

The Person:

• CAD Technician or similar
• Proficient in AutoCAD (3D and 2D) / Revit
• Based near Leamington Spa
