The position comes due to a consistent intake of healthy, long-standing contracts meaning a need for an experienced precision engineer... see below for a detailed description of the role package and specifications of the Engineer required.
The Successful Automated Machining Cell Engineer - Package:
- £42,000 to £43,000 per annum
- 6am - 6pm, 4 on 4 off (Days)
- Overtime available paid at 1.5x

The Successful Automated Machining Cell Engineer - Requirements:
- Experience in a medium to high-volume production environment
- Precision engineering background
- Experience of Okuma OSP control and Automated Robot Loading systems
- Experience of advanced machining processes such as multi-axis machining and twin-spindle mill-turn machines.
- Experience on Mitutoyo CMM, completing offline inspection, and an understanding of programming
- Previous experience of continuous improvement and problem-solving is desirable.
