We have partnered with a leading engineering solutions organisation to recruit an Automation and Control Development Engineer.
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic individual, with experience in developing and implementing complex automation, mechatronic and data acquisition systems. You will have experience working in an on site customer facing setting, as well as having the necessary technical background. No two projects are the same and the engineer will find great job satisfaction in delivering solutions in cutting edge automotive and industrial environments.
The Ideal candidate specification:
• Looking for a self-driven, proactive individual that has good time management skills
• Good understanding of C# and Visual Studio
• Engineering understanding of control & automation systems (ideally with a degree in mechatronics, robotics, automation or similar)
• Good understanding of automation hardware (sensors, actuators, inverters etc)
• Happy to work away from home during the working week as required, with occasional overseas trips
• Full UK driving licence
• Indefinite UK right to work
