Automation Developer

OUTSIDE IR35 - MOSTLY REMOTE - 6 MONTHS CONTRACT

Our public sector client is looking for an Automation Developer to join their team on a 6-month contract basis.

You will have knowledge and experience in the following areas:

• OCR and lexical analysis techniques including NLP (spacy) and ML.
• AWS including:
  • CDK
  • Serverless (Lambda)
  • S3
  • API Gateway
  • Cloud Formation
  • Aurora/ Postgres
• Python / Typescript
• Stakeholder management
• Design and implementation of solutions using a service-based and serverless architecture.
• Cloud monitoring, telemetry, intelligence tools and processes such as Grafana.
• Agile delivery models - Scrum/ Kanban.
• Formal XP engineering techniques.
• Infrastructure as code.

This is a 6-month contract with possibilities of extension. Working predominantly remote but there will be the occasional on-site requirement in our clients Edinburgh or Glasgow office. Competitive day rate outside ir35.
