Responsibilities
• Identify and execute Automation Projects• Deliver the Automation corporate plan• Support innovation from the Advanced Supply Chain Institute• Engage stakeholders to deliver projects aligned with business objectives• Solve problems and overcome barriers in Automation Projects• Formulate business proposals for automated solutions• Continually develop knowledge of automation solutions• Develop relationships with key internal functions• Evaluate and work with selected suppliers and partners• Focus on standardization and network-level solutions
Requirements
• Experience in Automation Project delivery• Demonstrated process improvement or significant process change experience• Ability to develop business proposals• Make vs buy analysis skills• Ability to proactively manage workload and develop ideas• Collaborative working and strong work relationships• Lean methodologies and problem-solving expertise• Process analysis and mapping• Experience in procurement process• Data-driven decision-making• Desirable: Experience in automation solutions• Desirable: Level 5+ diploma or degree in relevant field• Desirable: Commercial awareness of 3PL industry
