Role: Automotive Receptionist / Administrator

The Role:
- Call Handling and booking customer appointments such as Services, MOT’s and repairs.
- Meeting and greeting customers.
- Managing workload & schedule.
- Works closely with Workshop Manager and Vehicle Mechanics to ensure all relevant information is passed to the customer effectively and in a timely manner.
- Liaising with suppliers and customers on estimates
- Price negotiation with suppliers
- Create Customer Invoices & taking customer payments.
- Dealing with website & email enquiries
The Person:
- A background in the Automotive Industry would be beneficial
- Confident telephone manner
- Good organisational skills
- Experience in using Microsoft Package such as Excel, Word and
Outlook.
- Experience in using a garage management system would be ideal but not essential as full on the job training will be provided.
