Automotive Retail Fit Out Project Manager

Our client, based in West Yorkshire, is a worldwide Branding agency who excels in developing company brands to maximise their growth and potential. With offices across the world, they are firmly on the map for global recognition.
They are currently looking for an experienced Retail Fit Out Project Manager to work with a high-end automotive client.
This role would be ideal for someone who has a background in bespoke commercial/retail space/Fit Out, who has a proven track record of managing high spec projects. Knowledge of automotive showroom Fit Out highly advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working with the team to manage the full project lifecycle, from inception and design development through to completion.
- Providing a high level of customer service, and communicating effectively with customers, colleagues, and suppliers.
- Assisting in the preparation of project documentation, such as quotations, project trackers, job costings, purchase orders, order acknowledgements and various project reporting.
- Collaborating with the company's in-house design team and Estimators to develop and price products to the client’s specification.
Knowledge, Skills & Attributes:
- Experience in commercial/Retail Fit Out Project management – great knowledge of bespoke projects and/or high end retail (automotive Fit Out knowledge a huge plus)
- Can read technical drawings
- Ideally holds a formal qualification in architecture or similar
- Client focused, with excellent client management skills
- Flexible approach
- Excellent organisational skills, focused and the ability to multi-task, prioritise projects and meet deadlines in an ever changing, fast paced environment.
- Full UK driving licence and valid passport
Salary & Benefits:
Up to £45,000 depending on experience, this is a full-time permanent role offering flexibility on remote/hybrid-based working.
There may be some work-related travel expected.
