Form of workJob description Stratford Tyres are looking to employ a Front of House, customer facing Advisor to join our independent, thriving vehicle repair centre based in the heart of Stratford Upon Avon. In this role you will be the first point of contact for all customers, taking enquires, payments and making bookings based on their requirements. Experience within the Automotive industry is essential. You will be responsible for: · Answering phones – taking and relaying messages. · Actioning incoming emails. · Taking bookings using our TECHMAN Garage Management System. · Updating customers with service status and progress. · Actioning EOM Overdue payments. · Be responsible for the Visitor reception facilities. · Providing information to callers. · Greeting persons entering organisation. · Dealing with queries from the public and customers. ·Reporting to the Service Manager General administrative and clerical support. · Support other Front of House Staff with roles and responsibilities when requested. · Liaising and working closely with the Parts Manager to maintain stock. · Working together with managers of all departments to ensure the customers' expectations are met. · Abiding by Company Policies, Mandates and Standard Operating Procedures. · Contribute to the overall Health & Safety and Security of the workshop. · Performing any other duties that the Company may reasonably ask of you. · Meeting personal and team targets. The ideal candidate will have gained experience in a similar role. Working Hours: Monday – Friday 7:45am- 5:45pm Remuneration and Rewards: An excellent package will be tailored to suit the successful applicant. Salary: Between £26,000 and £29,000 per annum (+ bonus up to £3,000 per anum) Personal Skills ICT Literate - experience of a garage management system Customer Handling Skills Communication – phone and in person Time management / working to a schedule.
