Automotive Wheel Engineer

One of the world's largest automotive manufacturers is currently recruiting for an Automotive Wheel Engineer, based in Bedfordshire, you will be working with a dedicated and enthusiastic team of Engineers on an ongoing contract basis.

Responsibilities of the Automotive Wheel Engineer include:
* Leading the application of global Automotive Wheel design.
* Managing and reporting test validation, cost performance, part quality/reliability and timing and delivery.
* Technical analysis of market concerns and supplier management.
* Using CAD system for 3D and 2D to support part design.

Qualifications, skills and training required, for the Automotive Wheel Engineer opportunity:
* Previous Automotive Wheel design and development experience.
* Degree educated in an engineering field.
* Prior knowledge of Automotive Wheel manufacturing processes.
* Knowledge of CAD systems, ideally Siemens NX.
* Valid driving licence for UK and European countries.
