The Company:
Specialising in corporate events and exhibitions, we not only manage events but also design and operate immersive AV systems to create exceptional experiences.
We are a rapidly expanding company and are seeking experienced Project Managers with a wealth of technical audio-visual knowledge to join our team and play a vital role in delivering these spectacular events.
The Role:
The Project Manager will oversee the production of conferences and exhibitions from start to finish, ensuring smooth and successful delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in discussing the brief with clients and key stakeholders.
- Utilise your technical knowledge to specify the required AV equipment for each project.
- Procure any necessary audio-visual hardware.
- Manage project budgets ranging from £10,000 - £150,000, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and exceed client expectations.
- Supervise on-site technicians to ensure the smooth running of each event.
- Take responsibility for the P&L of each project.
- Ensure health and safety procedures are followed throughout the setup and running of events.
- Maintain regular communication with corporate clients and event organisers to manage expectations.
Requirements:
- Technical expertise in AV, including knowledge of audio, video, and lighting to understand project requirements.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Full UK driving licence.
Preferred Skills:
- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or Project Manager within the events sector.
- Experience working with CAD would be beneficial.
In return:
If successful, you will be rewarded with an annual salary of £40,000 - £55,000, depending on experience.
