Our team of product managers work closely with our business and Engineering teams to help architect and develop technologies. We are a global team responsible for guiding products throughout all stages of the product's lifecycle, including research, pitching, scoping, delivering, promoting, and tailoring solutions to our clients.
We are looking for an experienced product manager familiar with product development and management who has a proven track record in leading the delivery of impactful platforms from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be excited by solving customer problems, about working with end users to specify requirements and elicit feedback, and leading build and execution. We are looking for a talented and passionate Product Manager who thrives in an extremely entrepreneurial, fast paced environment. This is a high visibility role, interfacing directly with business leaders and will require creativity and drive to deliver on the ambitious roadmap.
HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL
- Support and develop product strategy and roadmap with stakeholders across our business
- Assist in the execution of the product roadmap by writing user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria for technology development
- Partner with colleagues in engineering, design, operations and program management to allow for seamless execution
- Solicit stakeholder input and coordinate amongst multiple groups to inform requirements, including Business, Operations, Engineering and Accounting
- Monitor competitive best practices and analyze end-user feedback - identifying and developing solutions when necessary
- Engage with partner vendors to ensure they address product needs
- Leverage analytics and data to inform the product roadmap
- Influence the direction of the product roadmap through deep analytic perspectives
- Parse larger product feature projects into smaller components while understanding dependencies
- Translate complex requirements into clear actionable next steps for impacted groups
- Understand, document, and improve existing processes in order to maximize efficiency in constantly evolving environments
- Participate in ideation activities, product feasibility assessments, business case preparation, and overall product definition (feature lists and prioritization)
- 3+ years of work experience in the Financial Services sector, ideally with Product Management experience in an agile product development environment
- Great presentation, storytelling, workshop and communication skills
- Excellent writing and communication skills and a desire to work in a team-oriented environment
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to synthesize differing requirements
- Demonstrate a high degree of personal accountability, going above and beyond to ensure that products are delivered on time with a high degree of quality
- Highly organized with a proven ability to execute on multiple priorities in parallel.
- Aptitude for logically breaking down complex problems and processes, documenting workflows and edge cases, and communicating solutions with clarity
- Commitment to excellence and a high level of integrity
- Self-motivated, comfortable following direction, and able to balance quality work while meeting short deadlines
- Ability to lead and facilitate while executing design for a growing team
- Demonstrated experience building relationships and influencing business stakeholders
- A proven track record of defining and promoting change and innovation
- Proven ability to translate vision and user feedback into actionable outcomes
