Location: Field Based (London and Southeast)

Salary: Circa £32k,000 depending on experience + potential bonus + other fantastic benefits

Driven by innovation and quality, Nespresso Professional has ambitious plans to expand its business within the OOH sector across the UK & I and is looking for a Customer Onboarding Specialist to support our mission. You’ll be responsible for evolving our onboarding of new customers and providing hyper care to key customers within the B2B Channel. You’ll achieve this through your high level of professionalism, advocacy and business acumen.


A day in the life of a Customer Onboarding Specialist….


  • Install & deliver training on our high-profile machines in line with KPIs.
  • Provide hyper care to our key customers within the HORECA & Office channels.
  • Provide technical support and training on functionalities of the machine and improvements.
  • Provide first class customer service to our customers.
  • Ensure brand visibility standards are adhered to.
  • Contribute to building customer confidence in Nespresso Professional solutions.
  • Leverage the operational excellence by standardizing processes and defining new way of working.
  • Develop & maintain cohesive cross-functional relationships, as well as building strong customer rapport.

  • Experience delivering effective training is essential.
  • Have a great understanding of the OOH sector and a strategic mindset.
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently as part of a fast-paced team.
  • Good time management, plus a sense of responsibility and accountability.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Able to establish and maintain effective relationships cross-functionally.
  • Flexible and agile with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Full driving licence required.
