RESPONSIBILITIES
B2B Customer Support Coordinator (with French)
Salary: around £25,000 pa
Location: Manchester

Main duties:
First point of contact for customers, delivering a high customer experience to gain new business, maintain current business and support the continuous growth of the business.
The Role:
- To create & maintain a strong relationship with new & existing clients
- To create & maintain information on the company database.
- To manage large amounts of incoming calls
- To recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information
- To resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint
- To check all of the relevant information (Credit, delivery details, price, quantity, etc...) and process orders
- To ensure that all customers enquiries are dealt with in a timely manner
- To coordinate with and support other departments
- To issue reports as and when needed for management, clients and the team
- To work as part of a team and autonomously at times
CANDIDATE'S PROFILE
- Previous experience working in a similar role (Customer Service/Sales Administration/ Pre-Sales, etc.)
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Confident, proactive & dynamic
- Computer literate (Excel/MS Office…)
- Able to work to tight deadlines and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- Creative person, able to provide new solutions/ideas

Around £25,000 pa
