As a B2B Sales Executive you will be handling both inbound + outbound calls, speaking with our existing customers to renew their contracts and retain the products and services that our client supply to them. You will develop a working knowledge of all products, systems and processes and create an excellent working relationship across our community.
Experience you must have
- A minimum of 12 months experience in a high-volume desk-based retentions or sales, B2B sales would be preferred
- Experience of negotiating multiple product, price, and contract terms with customers
- Computer literate with experience of sales CRM, and/or Lead Management systems.
