Join us to help UK businesses grow! We are expanding our team and looking for dynamic, driven B2B Sales / Customer Service Specialists to join our innovative team in Petts Wood, Orpington. As a B2B Sales / Customer Service Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our growth and the success of our clients. You will be responsible for engaging with warm leads, understanding their needs, and providing them with the best funding solutions that British Business Funding has to offer. Using HubSpot CRM, you will manage relationships with potential clients, ensuring a smooth and professional service throughout the sales process. You will receive full training and support to develop your skills and knowledge in financial services. Salary: £22,000 Base Salary + Substantial Commission Structure; Realistic OTE £40k-£50k Year 1, £60k-£70k Year 2 What we are looking for in our B2B Sales / Customer Service Specialist: At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales/Customer Service. Superb confidence and communication skills, especially on the phone. Experience in finance or funding-based products is advantageous but not mandatory. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple leads effectively. A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving sales targets. What We Offer: A competitive base salary of £22,000 with a lucrative commission structure. Realistic on-target earnings (OTE) of £40k-£50k in Year 1 and £60k-£70k in Year 2.
