Job Title: B2B Sales Executive Location: Eastbourne Hours: 40hours per week (1 hour for lunch) Salary Expectation: Up to £30k (DOE) commission. Job Summary: HRGO Recruitment are seeking a highly motivated and skilled B2B Sales Executive with a strong background in supply chain management or procurement, preferably in the print environment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of current or very recent experience in the field and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills. The primary responsibility of the B2B Sales Executive will be to generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth by selling the clients logistics services to businesses within the industry. Key Responsibilities: Identify and target potential clients within the logistics industry, with a focus on supply chain management or procurement in the print environment. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through various prospecting methods such as cold calling, networking, and attending industry events. Conduct thorough research on potential clients to understand their business needs and challenges, and tailor sales presentations accordingly. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target companies. Present and demonstrate our logistics services to potential clients, highlighting the value and benefits they can expect. Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure smooth on boarding and ongoing support for new clients. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring that pricing and terms are in line with company objectives and profitability. Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company. Requirements: Management of a customer base across multiple sectors to maintain and grow monthly revenues against targets. Minimum of 2 years current or very recent experience as a Sales Executive or Account Manager within a B2B environment - print would be an advantage. CRM Activity - maintain all customer records for transparency and reporting. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a similar role. Proven experience in providing solutions based on customer needs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients. Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to effectively communicate the value proposition of our logistics services. Self-motivated and target-driven with a strong desire to succeed. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with internal stakeholders to achieve sales objectives. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track sales activities.
