B2B Telesales Executive Hampshire / Dorset £25k to £30k p.a. + commission + benefits d.o.e

Exciting opportunity for B2B Business Development Telesales Executive to develop customer sales in the Health Care Market. This role had the flexibility to be Home Based / Office Based / Hybrid.

The Role

As B2B TelesalesBusiness Development Executive you will join a successful team developing new and existing sales opportunities in the Health Care Market. The role involves prospecting, outbound sales, account management, data cleansing, profiling, consultative selling and securing appointments with responsibilities including:

  • identifying & securing new business opportunities
  • promoting and responding to sales enquiries from all media channels
  • making outbound calls to potential and existing clients
  • providing sales and market feedback

The Company

Our client is a market-leading developer and manufacturer of wireless radio nurse call systems - the product of choice for a wide range of clients in the residential care homes, hospitals, NHS, nursing homes, clinics, hospice sector. As experts in their field, they provide a professional service from initial consultation through to installation and after-sales support. They have sales, service and support offices around the UK. Their headquarters is in Poole.

The Person

As Telesales Executive you are self-motivated, hardworking and determined with excellent communication skills & drive to succeed. With B2B outbound telesales & cold calling experience you will also have:

  • account management and communication skills
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM / database systems
  • good time management, able to prioritise activities and multi-task
  • desire to succeed / can do attitude

Specific product / sector knowledge is not required as full training will be given, but any experience within the NHS, medical sales or hospitals / care homes / hospices etc. would be advantageous.
