The Role:
As a Baby Room Leader, you will lead the Baby Room, ensuring a secure and nurturing environment.
Responsibilities:
-Work closely with the Manager for the welfare of infants.
-Contribute to crafting a dynamic curriculum for the youngest learners.
-Devise age-appropriate activities promoting early development.
-Assist and mentor the Baby Room staff proficiently.
-Engage in staff training and actively contribute to evaluations.
-Cultivate positive connections with parents of infants.
-Coordinate and lead informative sessions to keep parents involved and informed.
-Ensure adherence to regulations governing infant care.
-Maintain meticulous records and specific documentation for the Baby Room.
Requirements:
-Previously worked as a Room Leader or in a similar role.
-Certified CACHE Level 3.
-Possess Montessori qualification (e.g., AMI, AMS, or equivalent).
-Strong leadership and communication skills.
-Knowledge of regulatory norms.
