We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Backend Engineerto join our dynamic team. You'll be responsible for developing digital solutions on AWS cloud services, Docker for containerization, and Dart as our main backend language. • Backend Development: Architect, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient backend systems written in Dart, ensuring robustness, performance, and reliability.
• Cloud Infrastructure Management: Utilize AWS services to design, deploy, and manage secure, resilient cloud infrastructure. Optimize cloud resources for cost, performance, and scalability.
• Containerization and Deployment: Leverage Docker to containerize applications, ensuring consistent environments across development, testing, and production. Implement CI/CD pipelines to automate testing and deployment processes.
• Framework Proficiency: Apply your knowledge of backend frameworks (such as NodeJS, Flask, Django, or Express) to create flexible and scalable application architectures. While Dart is our primary language, your versatility in other languages and frameworks will contribute to our project's success.
• Quality Assurance: Develop and maintain QA processes to ensure code integrity and system reliability. Perform code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing to identify and fix issues before deployment.
• Collaboration and Innovation: Work closely with frontend engineers, designers, and product managers to ensure seamless integration and alignment with project goals. Encourage a culture of innovation by exploring new technologies and approaches that can enhance our systems.

• Strong experience in backend development, with a portfolio showcasing projects built on AWS, using Dart or other backend frameworks (NodeJS, Flask, Django, Express)
• Familiarity with various and the ability to adapt and learn as project needs evolve.
• Profound understanding of cloud architecture, specifically AWS, with hands-on experience in deploying and managing scalable applications in the cloud.
• Proficiency in Docker, including container management, image creation, and orchestration tools.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges and deliver effective solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical team members.
• Self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic, capable of both independent work and as part of a collaborative effort to drive projects from concept through to completion.
