  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
What’s in it for you?
  • Working as a senior engineer on a critical part of the Kantar Profiles business that matches panellists to surveys in real time and optimises the experience and retention of panellists.
  • Working in a very agile and flexible team that uses event driven microservices, node or ruby, Kafka, and various databases.
  • Working closely with the data science team to implement machine learning algorithms that inform the survey matching models.
  • Coaching and mentoring more junior members of the team and becoming an expert in the domain.
  • Working remotely with occasional visits to the office in London or Reading.
