Salary: £29,500 per annum

Bonus Scheme: Quarterly Bonus Incentive!

What will my role look like as a Bakery Manager?

Cinnabon is a well-known and loved American bakery that started out with a father and son who combined the most exceptional ingredients from across the globe to create the perfect, sweet recipes that we have come to know and love. 

 

We are the UK’s ONLY franchise and we have an extensive roll out plan to expand Cinnabon across the UK! We have a NEW Central Kitchen & Distribution Center in Uxbridge where all products will be manufactured before they’re delivered to our stores.

 

We have an exciting opportunity available for a Bakery Manager, who will be responsible for effectively planning, organizing and managing all manufacturing & maintenance operations.  You will be provided with all of the resources, facilities and materials needed to achieve this.  You will ensure our Cinnabon products are finished to specifications and maintain high standards.

 

You will become an expert in all things Cinnabon and you will contribute to continuously improving the product to achieve the interests and objectives of the company.

 

What would my main responsibilities be?

  • Planning, organising and directing the manufacturing and maintenance process to ensure the most effective return on costs
  • Effective use of resources, equipment, facilities and materials to achieve the planned forecast of products
  • Achieve production targets and schedules while ensuring product standards that exceed customer expectations
  • Work to reduce costs as needed in a manner that does not harm the interests and objectives of the company
  • Maintain and encourage individual skills and work to develop your team to the best of their ability
  • Oversee the equipment and devices continuously to raise the productive capacity of the kitchen, and develop advanced plans to increase production according to quality standards
  • Forecast the volume of work & employment
  • Identify equipment requirements and resources / forecast future needs
  • Supervise the rehabilitation of the production line, and ensure the stability of the specification of the finished product
  • Follow tasks set by the Area Manager

Got what it takes to be a Bakery Manager?

  • Minimum 1 years’ management experience within food production
  • Ability to work within a fast paced environment and to keep up with demand
  • Strong management and people skills in order to influence productivity
