Salary: £12.65 per hour

We are the UK’s ONLY franchise and we have an extensive roll out plan to expand Cinnabon across the UK! We have a NEW Central Kitchen & Distribution Center in Blackburn, where all products will be manufactured and delivered to our new stores.

As a Cinnabon Bakery Supervisor you will use your motivational leadership skills to engage with the team, ensuring the production of our products runs smoothly.  You will be rolling up your sleeves to get stuck in with the preparation and manufacturing of our famous products whilst overseeing the team and providing support / guidance.

You will become an expert in all things Cinnabon and ensure all products are made to the highest standards.  If you love to work in a fast-paced vibrant store, engage with different people every day and feel like part of a family while having fun then this role is perfect for you!
