Role: Bakery Team Member

Location: Glasgow, G20 7LU

Hours: Full-Time & Part-Time Hours Available

Salary: £11.95 per hour + 50 pence Night shift allowance

What will my role look like?

We are looking for Bakery Team Members to join our Central Kitchen.  You will be the hands behind the magical experience that each customer will take away! You will be making each Cinnabon Roll with our signature sweet baked dough and then coating it in irresistible frosting once its baked to perfection!

Cinnabon is a well-known and loved American bakery that started out with a father and son who combined the most exceptional ingredients from across the globe to create the perfect, sweet recipes that we have come to know and love.  We've baked our success far beyond the bakery and we owe our success to our amazing employees who make our products fresh and keep our customers content and coming back for more…

We have brought this well-loved brand back to the UK due to popular demand and we have set up our own Central Kitchen in Blackburn to exclusively make and distribute our delightful sweet treats to our Cinnabon stores!

We are looking for candidates with a catering / food background who love to make and bake sweet treats! It takes commitment, hard work and dedication to be a successful Team Member but don’t be fooled, this doesn’t mean you can’t have fun and enjoy the benefits and rewards that this role brings.

Do I have what it takes to be a Bakery Team Member?

Of course you do!  Naturally this is a role that requires some previous bakery experience or if you have experience in catering / hospitality then that’s even better!  We are looking for energetic, motivated individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding care and precision while preparing our products.  As long as you aren’t afraid of hard work and a fast paced environment and then you definitely have what it takes! You must also hold a full drivers license.
