Requirements:
o Minimum one year`s experience in Administration.
o GCSE Maths and English or equivalent qualification.
Key Responsibilities:
" Ability to use and have experience in the use of systems and Microsoft packages, to include Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
" Responsible for own data input and to ensure quality of data recording complies with Risk Management & Governance operating procedures.
" In line with operational procedures, manage group email account, responding and/or allocating to relevant team member/s or seek instruction where appropriate.
" Communicate with a variety of people and deal with a wide range of both internal and external enquiries, including public. Provide advice in line with standard operating procedures, protocols & policies, often in difficult situations and requiring immediate action or within tight timescales.
" Arrange appointments / meetings (including virtual), draft minute of meeting and undertake any follow up actions.
" Maintain Filing Systems, manual and electronic (including SharePoint & Teams).
" General office duties such as photocopying / scanning.
Working Hours:
o Would consider a flexible work pattern but as a minimum would require 4 days per week, Band 3 - £11.11 per hour( due to increase April 24 _
