Band 3 Administrative & Clerical Officer

Brook Street (UK) Ltd is seeking a Band 3 Administrative Assistant on full time basis with our clients within the healthcare sector for a period of 6 months in Ulster Hospital.Job duties as follows 1. Input and extract patient information onto any relevant electronic information systems eg. PAS, Patient Centre etc in order to provide an effective and efficient service.2. Select patients from the lists in clinical priority and chronological order and offer appointment/ admission date.3. Have a working knowledge and understanding of targets and the Integrated Elective Access Protocols (IEAP). Adhere to this policy at all times.4. Word processing /producing reports/working on computer systems.5. Dealing with general enquiries/providing advice which requires immediate action within definitive guidelines, protocols & policies.Candidates must: be proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word; and have at least one years experience in Administration or five GCSEs at grade C and above.Previous experience in Healthcare would be advantageous The rate of pay is £11.11 per hour and this will be paid on a weekly basis.
