Requirements:
- 5 GCSE O Levels or Equivalent (min. C grade), including English and Maths and 1 year`s Administrative/Clerical experience.
- Previous use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and databases in an office-based setting.
OR
- 3 years` Administrative/Clerical Experience.
- Previous use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and databases in an office-based setting.
Main Duties/Responsibilities:
- Initiative and teamwork
- Analytical skills
- Communication skills
- Supervisory ability
- Procurement and payment processing for service contracts
- Coordination of servicing and record-keeping
- Estates computer systems/office packages proficiency
- Database queries experience
- Report production
- Office systems/procedures awareness
General Office Duties:
- Filing, faxing, photocopying, and data entry
- Liaising with clients, staff, and internal/external departments
- Managing telephone calls and mail
- Utilising IT systems for recording and producing high-quality work
- Maintaining confidentiality standards
- Providing cover during staff absences
- Handling day-to-day queries
- Any other appropriate duties
Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday 9 am to 5 pm Friday or 9 am to 4.30 pm, rate of pay £11.11 per hour
