Team Support Healthcare are currently recruiting for motivated Healthcare Assistants to provide community and hospital support for our clients in Liverpool.

Hours Full-time and part-time hours available
Pay rate From £13.50 an hour/Up to £17 an hour
Main Duties/Responsibilities
- Support the Nursing team with providing outstanding care to patients.
- Implement individualised care delivery according to clinical care packages, whilst promoting independence.
- Participate in maintaining a safe, comfortable and therapeutic environment for all patients and carers.
- Develop and apply new skills to maintain and enhance service delivery.
- Collect and report information to the Nursing Team, maintaining accurate patient records.
- Involve patients and carers/family members in the delivery of care.
- Work collaboratively with other professionals and agencies to ensure needs are met with care input and support for ongoing care needs.
- Respect confidential information obtained in professional practice and uphold the principles of Caldicott and the Data Protection Act.
Essential requirements
- 6 Months hospital UK experience within the last 3 years.
- You will need to pass an enhanced background check.
- Must hold a full UK driving license with access to a car
