SalaryHunter Gatherer AHP have a very exciting locum opportunity based with an NHS run hospital service, located in Buckinghamshire, (please enquire for exact locations), for several Locum Band 5 GPHC Pharmacy Technicians to join the formulary and medicines information team from March 2024 onwards! This is a digital pharm tech role.
PLEASE NOTE - some form of previous hospital experience would be required for this role, but not necessarily formulary experience as this training will be provided! There is free parking available on site. This is a fantastic chance for career progression at speed, as the post poses the chance for a Pharmacy Technician to be upskilled into a new area of hospital pharmacy!
The role will be office based. The post holder will be involved with the formulary support, completing the formulary spreadsheets, net formulary updates and also be involved with supporting the medicines information team too! The post holder will need to be IT savvy and confident.
The working pattern will be 9am - 5.30pm (1 hour lunch) Monday - Friday, there will be no on call or weekend working needed. For the right applicant, part time working may be considered (3 - 4 days per week).
Applicants must have some form of hospital pharmacy experience to be considered for this role. The service is seeking cover immediately (March 2024), and the roles will be a contract length of up to 6 months, long term!

- Based in Buckinghamshire (ON SITE ROLE) with free parking on site!
- Duration: Up to 6 months!
- Full time or part time hours (3,4 or 5 days per week)
