Hunter Gatherer AHP have a locum vacancy based with a NHS hospital in Telford, Shropshire. Our recruitment team are actively searching for a trained MMT to join the department on a fulltime locum basis! The clinical duties are outlined below:
Assessing patient's own medicines
Electronic ordering of medicines
Confirming medication histories with patients
PLEASE NOTE: You MUST have prior Medicines Management experience to be eligible for this role. The position requires 5 days per week as it is a fulltime position.
- �16-23 per hour depending on experience
- Ongoing contract with 2 week notice period
- Flexible leave + indemnity insurance covered
