SalaryHunter Gatherer AHP has a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Biomedical Scientist with a background in Histopathology to join a busy NHS hospital based in Hampshire. Please note that for this role you must have at least 6 months UK experience within a Histology laboratory.
- Job Title: Band 5/6
- Location: Hampshire
- Duration: Ongoing Locum Contract
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Start Date: ASAP
- Rate of pay: £20-£26 dependant on experience paid via an accredited umbrella company.
Requirements and qualifications required for this role:
- Current and valid registration with the HCPC.
- Proven experience within Microtomy, cutting between 20-30 quality sections per hour.
- Embedding experience desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
