Rate of Pay:

* £27.00 P/h (Day Shifts)

* £35.00 P/h (Night Shifts)

A Day in the Life of a Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) in the Community Hospital CPN Team:

As a Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) in our Community Hospital CPN Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting patients' mental health within the community hospital environment. Your key responsibilities will include:

* Conducting comprehensive assessments of individuals' mental health conditions in the community hospital.

* Developing and implementing personalized care plans tailored to the unique needs of patients.

* Administering evidence-based interventions and treatments to support individuals' mental health.

* Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team within the community hospital to ensure holistic patient care.

* Providing support and education to patients and their families for ongoing mental health management.

Requirements and Qualifications:

* Current and valid registration with the NMC as a Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN).

* Proven experience as a Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) in a community hospital setting.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a community healthcare team.

* Commitment to delivering high-quality mental health care to enhance patient outcomes.
