Band 6 CPN

Service Care Solutions have a vacancy available for a Band 6 Community Mental Health Practitioner to work in a Recovery & Wellbeing team based in Grays, Thurrock.

This placement covers Depot Clinics and Home visits. Working in the community is part of the role so you will need to be a car driver with your own vehicle. Mileage will be paid.

You will be undertaking care co-ordination of an allocated caseload of patients with complex mental health needs. You will plan, implement and evaluate interventions and keep documentation of individualised care.

Pay rate: £27 ltd per hour

We offer a £150 sign up bonus for any new nurses that register with our agency. This will be paid in your first pay packet.

We also have £250 referral fee bonus for any nurse you refer who we place in to work on a 3 month contract.
