Band 6 Crisis Care Practitioner

We are currently recruiting for a Band 6 Crisis Care Practitioner to work within an NHS crisis service in Bury St Edmunds. This is a Mental Health telephone-based triage service, providing comprehensive assessments of risk and safety plan management, signposting callers to the right service according to need.
The role will involve supporting Crisis Care Practitioners with their clinical judgments and ensuring the well-being of the team. You will also be responsible for taking phone calls from professionals who require support, advice, and guidance. The ability to triage callers' risk is paramount, as well as documenting clearly the contact and the outcome.
Working hours are long days (LD) 07:30-20:00 and nights (N) 19:45-07:45.

The location for this role is Bury St Edmunds.

Pay rate: £26-27 ltd per hour
