Our trust has around 10,000 staff serving 1.6 million patients. It comprises Barnet Hospital, Chase Farm Hospital, the Royal Free Hospital and more than 30 services in the community. Qualifications

Essential criteria
  • MPharm or equivalent or BPharm for those qualified before 2002.
  • Registered with General Pharmaceutical Council.
  • Currently undertaking post-graduate education e.g. clinical diploma, PTQA or having completed one of these.

Experience

Essential criteria
  • Significant relevant experience working in hospital pharmacy (preregistration year spent in hospital service is eligible).
  • Comprehensive Band 6 rotation, including Aseptic Services & Oncology/Haematology
  • Broad based clinical experience.
Desirable criteria
  • Experience of training or managing others

Skills and apitutdes

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective pharmaceutical skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively.
  • Ability to communicate with patients and staff of all levels.
