Your Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the preparation and cooking of meals.
- Ensuring the kitchen and associated areas meet operational hygiene standards and comply with the company’s policies and procedures.
- Undertake general kitchen duties, putting away deliveries, cleaning, washing up.
- Ensuring the kitchen and associated areas meet operational hygiene standards and comply with current Guidelines
To be successful in this role, you will:
- A good understanding of food hygiene and health and safety in the workplace.
- Relevant Catering Qualification.
- Basic Food Hygiene Level 2.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
- An appreciation of basic food hygiene.
