The key responsibilities of our Concierge include:
- To maintain a safe and secure environment and to report areas/issues of concern.
- Movement of furniture in preparation for all regular and major functions and residents’ activities.
- Monitor access to the site.
- Secure all entrances and all buildings at the end of each day.
- Undertake regular security patrols of the site as directed.
- Answer the main telephone for the site and direct calls to the right extension, take messages and pass on.
- To ensure compliance with all fire, health & safety regulations.
- Carry out cleaning duties such as Hoovering, Polishing, Carpet Cleaning and use of roller ironing machine.
- Answering of any alarm calls during your working hours and informing managers in the morning of any issues that have occurred.
