We are looking for a Medical Records Clerk to join our welcoming and diverse Administration team based at our Practice Plus Hospital, Plymouth .
You will be a vital member of the team, delivering an efficient administrative service for NHS, private and inter-provider patient transfers from third party providers; supported by our experienced Administration Manager, Justine
What you'll be doing
Someone with recent and relevant experience, who has excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to work under pressure.
Accurately preparing patient records for outpatient clinics and theatre lists within set deadlines and timescale and ensuring all patient records are archived following the correct process

Just as important though is your flexibility, belief in teamwork and your ability to use your initiative, follow instructions and prioritise a busy workload
