Bank Police Custody Nurse or Paramedic

You will be working alongside the Police in custody suites caring for detainees.   
What can I expect to earn?  
-£20 per hour
-You refer a colleague who successfully joins us?  That is £500 each time!  
What are the minimum requirements?  
-You will be a qualified RN Adult, RMN's (with dual registration), RGNs 2 years post qualification
- Paramedic Minimum of 2 years post qualification  
-3 years UK residency   
-You will need a current manual driving license with no restrictions to sometimes travel to other custody suites or local hospitals. 
-All candidates are subject to police vetting checks

We require Registered (Adult) Nurses / RGNs, or Paramedics with 2 years' post qualification experience, who want to deliver gold standard care and be a proud part of a team who has this vision with a real passion for developing clinical, forensic and wider skills.  
No previous forensic experience required we will provide all your training 
You must have the flexibly work not only in your base Custody suite but across an assigned region in the Police Custody Suites and Force area.   
  
What does the role involve?  
The custody suites can be an energetic place to work, with no two shifts the same. Whilst detained, we provide individuals with all their physical, mental healthcare and wellbeing needs, as well as gather any forensic samples needed by the police to aid their investigations.  Making careful records on our computerised systems, you will be assessing whether people are fit to be detained or released, administering medications when needed, and working with local Liaison and Diversion teams to address root cause issues that can prevent future crime.
