The Post advertised as Bank 0 hours a week, flexible working.
The successful applicant will be working within a friendly team of Porters.
To provide an efficient, effective and supported portering team that services ALL wards, departments including theatres within the hospital. Deliver excellent patient care in line with ‘The Trusts main principles.

JOB PURPOSE
The porter will be a multi-skilled person working within a team. To be responsible for maintaining a comprehensive professional and responsive high-quality portering service to patients, staff, visitors and all service users.
To undertake the movement of patients, equipment, documentation, linen, waste etc. in an efficient and safe manner. Maintain a clean and safe environment in accordance with Trust policies, and be responsive to service needs as they arise. Constantly seek to improve the productivity and quality of the portering service.
