£14.00 per hour, including holiday pay
The Thinking Well Service offer a dedicated specialist Personality Disorder Service across three locations in East Sussex. Working in partnership with Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, the service will offer therapeutic clinical treatment programmes including Schema and MBT approaches alongside community support programmes, recovery, and peer support groups to improve the health and well-being of individuals who have a range of complex presentations within secondary mental health services.
We are looking to appoint Bank Recovery Advisors to work within this service. Applicants should have experience working in a mental health setting, and preferably with people with a personality disorder or complex presentation. You will be committed to working within a co-production model to develop the service. The service covers three locations, Eastbourne, Lewes, and Bexhill and might be asked to cover all three.
You will also get the opportunity to join us for our Wednesday morning meeting structures on the weeks you cover, including in these are training opportunities from our clinical Team and Reflective Practice as well as opportunities to join in discussions with Team formulation.
Your Main Role as a Recovery Advisor will be to plan and deliver our community groups alongside either another Recovery Advisor, Peer Specialist or a member of the clinical team. These groups can either be Psychoeducational such as workshops around Anxiety, Relationships and Boundaries or Sleep or Psychosocial groups such as cooking, creative art workshops, and outdoor trips.
