Bank Senior Validator | Queen Victoria Hospital Nhs Foundation Trust

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, well motivated individual with great attention to detail and an interest in patient pathway analysis. We require a Bank Senior Validator to support our Plastic Surgery Business Unit to ensure patients are seen within a timely manner. This will involve analysing patient pathways and exploring the next steps.
Applicants must be competent in Microsoft office/ Excel. Previous experience with Referral to Treatment times (RTT) and use of hospital systems would be desirable.
The post holder is responsible for validating the waiting list for Plastic Surgery and expediting patients (inclusive of scheduling patients) as and when it would be favourable to the service’s RTT position.
The post holder is expected to ensure that complete, accurate and timely validation data is recorded on the computerised system to the highest quality standard and patients are scheduled for surgery according to RTT guidelines.
