Whether you’re a RMN or RNLD looking for extra shifts to boost your income or a flexible job that fits around your lifestyle, if you’re a UK RMN or RNLD, you can join our nurse staff bank and after completing a paid two-week induction you’ll have access to available nursing shifts for Elysium Healthcare at Castleholme Lodge, with a future option to work bank shifts regionally at other Elysium services across the Yorkshire area.
There is no minimum number of hours you’re required to work, though it is recommended to work as often as you can to ensure your induction knowledge and familiarity with the service is retained.
Weekdays, nights and weekend shifts are regularly available, which are easy to view and book through an app. Within a few taps you’ll have the nursing shifts secured with Elysium that you want.
Whether your nursing experience is from the NHS or private sector, you can join the team as a Bank Nurse (RMN or RNLD) with an hourly rate that includes a 12.07% uplift to cover annual leave, plus have access to a range of benefits including free meals on duty, free parking and much more.

What you will be doing
As a RMN or RNLD, you will provide high-quality evidence-based support to adults with severe and enduring mental health difficulties.
They may not have had their needs met in a general psychiatric service including acute inpatient units, community mental health teams or community personality disorder service. The service focuses on active rehabilitation with a view to achieving a sustainable discharge.

The service operates 24/7 with 12.5 hour standard shifts. As a nurse on our bank you’ll be on a zero hour contract, giving you the freedom to choose the shifts you want to work.

Location: Castleholme Lodge, 4 Bryan Road, Edgerton, Huddersfield, HD2 2AH.
Castleholme Lodge is situated in Huddersfield with excellent transport links to the surrounding areas. It is undergoing a complete refurbishment to ensure best environment for service users and staff to thrive in.
Castleholme Lodge will be a 20 bed Care Home with nursing, providing a range of mental health services for adults with severe and enduring mental health difficulties. It will form part of a cluster of Elysium services across the Yorkshire and Midlands region that work closely together in support of each other.
