OPPORTUNITY

Our client , a leading Financial services firm, is looking for a 6+PQE banking/Finance Lawyer who is looking to move into an interesting transactional role.

You will regularly have exposure to the front office team offering strategic legal advice.

The role:

This Lawyer will be working alongside the legal team supporting senior stakeholders on a variety of legal matters

Your responsibilities will include:

· Providing transaction support to the front office team business on bilateral/syndicated deals with a heavy leaning on deal execution;

· Drafting, reviewing and negotiating LMA loan documentation pertaining to the transactions listed above etc. ;

· Assisting with general legal queries from the business when they arise;

· Liaising with external counsel when required.

The candidate:

· This role will be ideal for an 6PQE+ Banking and Finance Lawyer who is looking for a role providing autonomy and a broad diet of work

· Leveraged finance experience would be advantageous for this role

· If from private practice, in-house secondment experience will be desirable not essential
