What You'll Be Doing as a Newly Qualified Solicitor
This dynamic environment provides a broad range of work, diverse clients, and opportunities for professional growth and learning from experienced lawyers across various practice areas.
Advise on transactions ranging from simple to complex, including bespoke deals.Handle mid–market secured lending transactions, acquisition and leveraged debt, real estate finance, and asset financing, often with international elements.Provide financial services regulation advice to a diverse clientele, including banks, funders, and borrowers.Collaborate with the firms cross–office Banking and Finance team, gaining exposure to transactions in Wales and across the UK, including London.Work closely with colleagues from other practice areas, including Corporate, Real Estate, and Business Restructuring and Insolvency teams, on cross–team and cross–office projects.
To thrive in this role, as a Newly Qualified Solicitor you'll need:
