Banqueting / Events Chef 35K
A banqueting and Events Chef is required for one of our clients based outside of Peterborough, the Company is expanding and require another chef to join their team
Essentially the role will require you to work most Saturdays and maybe 1 or 2 other evenings in the week with the rest of the hours made up in the production kitchen preparing food for the functions.
Your typical working week may involve you preparing, cooking, storing items for functions from 30 – 150, then on function days, driving a van to the event, cooking, plating garnishing and sending the function. Then loading up and returning to production kitchen
Driving to an event from the production kitchen is an essential part of this job so you do need to be a driver
Applicants will need to live in the Peterborough, Whittlesey, March, Wisbech, Ramsey, Ely or Downham Market areas
You will get Regular Sundays and Mondays off each week plus 3pm finish at least 2 other days in the week
Benefits
Base Salary of upto £35,000 (depending on experience)
