AddressWe have a fantastic opportunity for customer focused Bar & Events Staff who can deliver amazing customer service to our guests visiting our Famous Blackpool Tower!
First and foremost, you’ll be working on one of our many bars in The Blackpool Tower, welcoming and greeting guests, taking orders at the till, serving drinks and snacks. You could be serving drinks in our world-famous Tower Ballroom, shaking cocktails at the top of the tower on Bar 380 or even concocting potions in the Dungeon bar.
As a bartender you will ensure that the Bar is always fully stocked including at closing time and make certain all bar areas are kept clean throughout the day including the pumps, taps, bottles, coffee machines, fridges, and all surfaces. You could also be involved in setting up our different, unique venues ready for an event or re-setting ready for our day trade.
This role will also include working on a multitude of amazing events including Bongo Bingo, sit-down dinners, dance competitions and specialist events. Serving in the bar or waiting on tables, you will have an eye for detail and take pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
These are seasonal, temporary, fixed term positions to support us during the main 2024 season. Times of shifts will vary and will include late nights, early mornings, weekends and bank and school holidays. Contracts will run through to November 2024.
Qualifications & Experience:- 18 years of age or older
- Plenty of experience working in a bar, events, or restaurant environment
- Friendly and enthusiastic with a "can do" attitude
- Excellent communication, listening, and motivational skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of spirits and drink mixes (training given)
- Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality

We are currently undergoing our annual pay review process; new rates will start from 1st April.
Pay Range: Compensation between GBP £7.75/Hr.-GBP £10.42/Hr.
