The RSC is looking for enthusiastic, friendly, and efficient individuals to join our exclusive catering team as Bartenders, working in our iconic Rooftop Restaurant in Stratford-upon-
You will be serving customers around the peak show times which are pre-show and interval. You could be working in any of our bars to include the Cocktail bar in the Rooftop Restaurant.

- No evening dinner service unless exclusive, private dining is required
- Reduced working hours on Sundays
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for guests
- Taking orders and serving snacks and drinks
- Using recipes and mix ingredients to prepare cocktails (in house training available)
- Checking customers identification to confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restocking and replenishing the bar and stock levels
- Being guest focussed and nurturing an excellent guest experience
- Handling customer bills
- Working collaboratively with the Rooftop team
- Complying with food and beverage regulations
- Working in a clean and safe manner
We are looking for:
- Someone with proven experience of working as Bar Staff
- Knowledge of preparing, mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
- Exceptional customer service skills
- The ability to work quickly, cleanly, and accurately under pressure
- Good team working skills
- A passion for excellent food and drink
An appreciation of health and safety legislation is also advantageous. You will be serving alcoholic drinks and therefore it is a legal requirement that applicants must be aged 18 and over.
This position is offered as a variable hours contract so we are looking for people who are able to work flexibly, in the EVENINGS AND at weekends.
